黃金美味 日式蛋包飯

材料:白飯2碗、洋蔥50g、四色蔬菜(青豆仁、紅蘿蔔、玉米、雞腿肉)、蕃茄醬、黑楜椒、蛋2顆固定。

作法:1.熱鍋後將蔬菜炒熟,加入3茶匙蕃茄醬,待滾後加入白飯及調味料。2.將蛋打散煎成蛋皮,接著將飯置入中間,將蛋皮包成橢圓型的橄欖狀即可裝盤。


美味絕招:煎裹蛋皮時生熟比例約一比一,讓蛋包飯更香濃。

Indrgents::2 bowls of steamed rice,50g of onion ,Peas Carrot,Corn Chicken drumstick (Chopped without bone) ,Ketchup,Black pepper,2 eggs

Procedure:1. Stir-fry the vegetable and chicken, add 3 spoons of ketchup. Then add steamed rice and sauce. 2.Fry the eggs until thin and ready, and put the fried rice on the middle. Then roll the eggs and rice together.
