材料:洋菜條10g、明蝦、黑豆、蘆筍、火龍果、紅椒、黃椒、米酒半匙、糖2小匙、水400cc

作法:1.將洋菜條放入水中加熱,待融化後加入糖、米酒。2.依序將燙熟的蔬菜、蝦子先置入模型之中。3.最後將步驟1調味後的洋菜水倒入,待洋菜冷卻凝固即可。

Indrgents:Jelly Stick 10g,Prawn ,Black Bean,Asparagus,Dragon Fruit,Red Bell Pepper,Yellow Bell Pepper,Rice Wine,Salt,Sugar,
Water 400cc

Procedure:1. Put the jelly stick into boiled water and heat until malt, then add sugar, rice wine and salt. 2.Put the boiled vegetable and prawn into shape mold. 3. Add the melted liquid jelly into shape mold until cold and congeal.
