材料:里肌肉200g、麵包粉
作法:1.先將里肌肉斷筋再灑上胡椒塩、並沾取低筋麵粉及蛋汁,最後裹上麵包粉。2.放入熱油中油炸(溫度須保持170度),油炸約二分半鐘至金黃酥脆即可撈起。
美味絕招:1、 麵包粉可以將乾土司打碎替代。2、 裹麵包粉不宜太厚或太薄,影響肉排口感。
