手作美味 蘆筍蝦手捲

材料::蘆筍、蝦子、高麗菜絲、海苔、柴魚花、三島香鬆、沙拉醬、生菜


作法:1.先將蝦子燙熟後沖凉,蘆筍為保持脆度汆燙即可。 2. 以海苔做底,鋪上生菜再依序放入高麗菜絲、蘆筍、蝦子、柴魚花、三島香鬆、沙拉醬,最後以海苔捲起即可食用。

美味絕招:1. 海苔需要挑選厚一點,捲手捲時手部盡量保持乾燥。 2. 先切除生菜的梗,手捲較易捲動。

The Handmade Nipponese Prawn Salad Roll

Indrgents:Asparagus,Prawn,Chinese cabbage sliced,Dried laver
Dry fish sliced,Japanese dry pork and fish flake,Salad Sauce,Iceberg lettuce

Procedure:1. Quick boil the prawn and keep in cool, and quick boil the asparagus for keeping verdant. 2. Put the dried laver for base, lay the iceberg lettuce leaves, then add Chinese cabbage sliced, asparagus, prawn, dry fish sliced, Japanese dry pork and fish flake and salad sauce, roll the dried laver then can be eaten.

Master-stroke:1. Please select thick dried laver. When rolling, please keep your hands dry.2. Please cut the stem of iceberg lettuce for easy rolling.
