作法:1. 將洋蔥、紅蘿蔔、小黃瓜、蟹肉棒切絲沖冰水。 2. 接著放入柴魚花後淋上和風醬即可。
美味絕招:和風醬可自行製作味道更佳美味;醬油和香吉士的比例以1比2為佳,同時加入少許的橄欖油、花生粉。
