夏天最素配的 素宮保雞丁

材料:乾辣椒0.5克(可依個人口味調整)、麵腸200克、薑、彩椒(青、紅、黃)少許。

作法:1.將彩椒、麵腸切成塊狀(可依個人喜好調整大小)過油炸過備用。2.花椒爆香撈起後,放入乾辣椒、薑。3.接著放入2茶匙的水再加入乾辣椒、糖、醬油、蕃茄醬,再把麵腸、彩椒放入至充分收汁後即可。

美味絕招:1.麵腸以炸至金黃酥脆為佳。2.不要選購顏色太白或太漂亮的麵腸,儘量選擇接近食物原色的,而未添加化學物質的麵腸會略呈黃色或暗色。

Master-stroke:1. Please deep fry the bean curd sausages until brown and crispy. 2. Please select t bean curd sausages which the color should close to the original food, like yellow or dark color. If the bean curd sausages look white or bright, those must be added some chemical composition.
