美味非比尋常的 菲力牛丁

材料:蘆筍75克、牛菲力250克、彩椒5克、嫩金粉(即木瓜粉)、青蔥、蒜、蠔油、醬油等少許。

作法:
1.將牛菲力切成丁狀裹嫩金粉。
2.將蘆筍、彩椒及青蔥斜切成段。
3.將牛菲力、蘆筍、彩椒依序過油後撈起。
4.將蔥爆香,將著放入牛菲力、蠔油、醬油、最後放入蘆筍、彩椒即可。

美味絕招:
1、 牛丁要順著肉的紋裡切,才不致破壞肉質,影響烹調後的口感。
2、 炒牛肉時,鍋裡的油要夠多,且要熱火快炒,才不致黏鍋肉質變硬

Indrgents:Asparagus: 75g,Beef Fillet: 250g,Green Pepper: 5g,Papaya Powder,Green onion,Garlic,Oyster Oil,Soy sauce


Cooking Methods: 1.Chop the beef fillet then bind with papaya powder. 2. Cut the asparagus, green pepper and green onion. 3. Fast fry the beef fillet, asparagus and green pepper. 4. Stir-fry the green onion, then put the beef fillet, oyster oil, soy sauce to fry together, finally put the asparagus and green pepper to stir-fry.


Master-stroke: 1.When chopping the beef fillet, must chop them by texture for keeping the taste of beef after cooked. 2. When frying the beef fillet, must have enough oil inside the pan, and stir-fry in a fast way preventing the beef stick on the pan
