材料:草蝦仁250克、柳丁汁10公克、糖50克、起司粉少許
作法:
1、先將草蝦仁切背後裹粉,接著油炸3-4分後撈起備用。
2、將柳丁汁加入糖攪拌並以小火加熱,最後再加入草蝦仁,炸至金黃即可食用。
美味絕招:
1、 製作蝦球時,選購草蝦外表應看是否有光澤,顏色以墨綠色為佳;不夠新鮮的蝦子會使製作出來的蝦球缺乏彈性和脆性。
2、 蝦仁也不宜含多量水分,菜刀、砧板也應保持乾燥,並且要避免沾到蒜頭,否則蝦球不易成形。
