美味絲絲入扣的 金銀燴絲瓜

材料:澎湖絲瓜250g、鹽蛋半個、陳皮半個、蔥花、蒜末

作法:
1、澎湖絲瓜先削皮,成條狀備用。
2、先把皮蛋用水煮熟後,再把鹹蛋、皮蛋切碎備用。
3、將絲瓜稍微過油,使之表面看起來清脆。
4、接著把蒜末爆香、加高湯,把絲瓜、皮蛋、鹹蛋綜合放入再炒2分鐘,起鍋前再放入蔥花即可。
