吃了就會想念的 洋芋紫茄沙拉

材料:洋芋塊1公斤、炸茄仔塊200公克、芥茉醬15公克、乾紅辣椒小段2公克、胡荽粉4公克、紅辣椒粉4公克、黃薑粉6公克、沙拉油20公克、紅甜椒圈30公克、鹽、胡椒調味。

作法:
1.先將洋芋塊煮熟備用。
2.將洋芋及茄仔以芥茉醬、小段乾紅辣椒、胡荽粉、紅辣椒粉、黃薑粉、沙拉油、鹽、胡椒調味拌勻,並用紅甜椒裝飾。
3.待煮沸時開小火放入所有調味料。
4.牛肉煮軟時即可起鍋,燴飯或拌麵或作為麵包沾醬皆美味可口。

美味絕招:
盡量選擇匈牙利紅椒粉提味,增加肉質的香醇。
