材料:洋蔥碎12公克、香菜2公克、紅辣椒碎2公克、蒜頭碎2公克、橄油30 公克、義大利果醋10公克、新鮮檸檬汁5公克、鹽2公克、小蕃茄10粒、鳳梨切丁150公克
作法:
1.將雞腿洗淨備用。
2.將所有材料混合醃於雞腿肉內,醃上上24小時使其入味
3.用烤箱170度C烤20-25分鐘即可4. 雞腿熟後不論冷食或熱食皆適宜。

1.雞腿最好醃漬24小時以上才能充分入味。
2.雞腿最好以鋁箔紙包裏,防止焦黑。
