材料:雞腿2支、薑碎30公克、洋蔥泥30公克、蒜泥20公克、香芋碎15公克、黃薑粉10公克、糖18公克、鹽15公克、沙拉油45公克
作法:
1.將雞腿洗淨備用。
2.將所有材料混合醃於雞腿肉內,醃上上24小時使其入味
3.用烤箱170度C烤20-25分鐘即可4. 雞腿熟後不論冷食或熱食皆適宜。
美味絕招:
1.雞腿最好醃漬24小時以上才能充分入味。
2.雞腿最好以鋁箔紙包裏,防止焦黑。
