材料:法國麵包或任何種類麵包1份、美生菜葉2張、蕃茄片4片、鮪魚缶頭1小缶、美乃茲110公克、洋蔥碎20公克、紅椒小丁16公克、黑胡椒碎2公克。
作法:
1、將法國麵包烤熱,切開二分之一。
2、麵包內層抹上美乃茲。
3、將洋蔥碎、紅椒小丁、黑胡椒碎及鮪魚拌美乃茲,鋪於麵包中央、搭配美生菜及蕃茄片即可。
美味絕招:
1、 鮪魚罐頭開罐後,要把水份及油瀝乾,再其他饀料混合拌勻,記得加入美乃滋,增加口感的滑潤。
2、 美生菜及番茄片冰鎮過較為爽脆。

Ingredients:6 pieces of lamb chop, 6g of rosemary, 15g of chopped garlic, 45g of olive oil, 5g of salt and 2g of blanck pepper.
Cooking Methods:1.Marinated lamb chops with ingredients above for 2 hours. 2.Grilled or pan-fried lamb chops until medium well. 3.It woudl be better to combine some grilled vebetables.
The Master-Stroke:1.Beating the lamb chops before marinated, it will make the lamb tender and flarored. 2.Its would be better to pour olive oil on the lamb chops before grill, it will make the lamb more crispy. 3.Don't grill the lamb chops until well down,but approximately medium well to avoid the lamb chops will be toodry.
