材料:法國麵包或任何種類麵包1份、美生菜葉2張、蕃茄片4片、鮪魚缶頭1小缶、美乃茲110公克、洋蔥碎20公克、紅椒小丁16公克、黑胡椒碎2公克。
作法:
1、將法國麵包烤熱,切開二分之一。
2、麵包內層抹上美乃茲。
3、將洋蔥碎、紅椒小丁、黑胡椒碎及鮪魚拌美乃茲,鋪於麵包中央、搭配美生菜及蕃茄片即可。
美味絕招:
1、 鮪魚罐頭開罐後,要把水份及油瀝乾,再其他饀料混合拌勻,記得加入美乃滋,增加口感的滑潤。
2、 美生菜及番茄片冰鎮過較為爽脆。

Ingredients:One of the whole French bread, two pieces of lettuce, four pieces of sliced tomato,one canned of tuna, mayonnaise 110kg, chopped onion 20kg, chopped red chili 16kg and ground black pepper 2kg.
Methods:
1. Toasted the whole French bread and cut for two halves.
2. Smear mayonnaise inside of two halves French bread.
3.Mixed chopped onion, red pepper, ground black pepper and canned tuna with mayonnaise; then smear the mixed tuna in the middle of the French bread plus lettuce and sliced tomato.
Delicacy skill:
1.After open the tuna can separated water and oil from the tuna, then mixed other ingredients from methods step3.
2.Must chilled the lettuce and sliced tomato to make fresh taste and crispy.
